Processing time
Orders are usually prepared within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping methods
Available shipping options are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and can vary by province, volume, weather, and service interruptions.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed when the shipping label is ready. Carrier scans can take time to update after the package is handed off.
Packaging
Orders are packed securely and shipped in plain, discreet packaging. Product details are not listed on the outside of the package.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address, unit number, postal code, phone number, and email before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment starts.
Canada only
PeptideGo currently serves customers in Canada. We do not recommend placing an order for delivery outside Canada unless support has confirmed it first.
